Shipping Information

Standard courier (Australia): FREE! 2-5 business days from date of purchase. 
International courier: $60 flat rate shipping (up to three pairs of shoes) (allow up to 3 weeks from date of purchase) 

Once the item has been collected, we will email you a tracking number. 

Contact us if you are looking for express shipping or a quote for shipping to any international destination. 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Contact us to let us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund. 

We will provide you with a reference number and a postal address within 24-48 hours. Please include the reference number with your item. 

We recommend that you send your item via Registered Post to ensure that we receive it.

Once received, we will email you to let you know what happens next.

Exchanges: You will need to pay for the return shipping to us, but because we really want you to have the right size, the first time that you exchange with us, we will pay to ship the replacement pair to you (applies to Australia only).

Refunds: We will process a refund in Australian Dollars through the method that you paid, less the cost of postage.

We will email you once a refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear.

Condition of item: To ensure that the shoes stay in pristine condition, please try them on with panty-hose and walk on carpet only.

Please return the product unworn, in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt (for Australia) and within 21 days of receipt (for International purchases).

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund a product where it is clear there is damage to the product caused by wear. If a refund or exchange is refused, you will be given the option of paying for the item to be returned to you.
